PROJECT I:
Value: $12 million
Transportation Hub - This project is a $3 billion build-out of the train platforms and the Transit Hall that will function as a transfer point for the public to exit transportation and gain access to the new buildings on the site as well as direct access to many surrounding buildings and transit systems. Ferreira has assigned project managers, superintendents and administrators in its role as the major subconsultant to the Tishman/Turner Joint Venture, the construction manager retained by the Port Authority for this project. Ferreira also performs on-site trade work to implement required safety improvements at the site. Overall project value is $3 billion.

PROJECT II:
Value: $4 million
Vehicle Security Center - Involves deep excavation, support of excavation and the full build-out of a structure that extends 70 feet underground. Purposed as the entry point for all freight trucks to the complex’s sub-grade docks, this building will also house a parking garage for tour buses. As an entry point for vehicle screening, the center will house the corresponding apparatus for the screening program. Ferreira has assigned project managers, site safety engineers, and project engineers as sub-consultant to Tishman for the Port Authority. Overall project value is $670 million.

PROJECT III:
Value: $2 million
World Trade Center Retail Fit Out - This project involves the base fit out of all of the World Trade Center retail outlets. This will be a construction effort of approximately $270 million. Ferreira is supplying schedulers, project engineers and administrative support to Tishman/Turner, the construction manager retained by the Port Authority.
