Ferreira Power South: A Rapid Response Saves a Life

After a severe storm, Ferreira Power South crews were dispatched to restore power in the southern portion of the United States. During this effort, they encountered two brothers whose house was without power. One brother urgently approached our team, explaining that his brother’s oxygen tank had only 30 minutes of power left.

Understanding the critical situation, our crew immediately sprang into action. Guided by our safety motto, “Think Safety, Think Family,” they worked swiftly to restore power. Despite the challenging conditions, their expertise and teamwork ensured the power was restored just in time, and the oxygen tank resumed operation. The brothers’ relief and gratitude were profound, a testament to the crew’s dedication and efficiency.
