Ferreira Construction is delighted to announce that we have been honored with the 2024 HCSS Construction Award presented by HCSS!

These awards are bestowed upon companies that exceed expectations and demonstrate mastery in leveraging data, processes, workforce, and costs through HCSS’s platform.

Jorge Monterio, Vice President of NY Operations, who accepted the award on Ferreira’s behalf, had this to say about the HCSS Users Group Meeting (UGM) Conference:

“The biggest takeaway from HCSS UGM is that you learn so many things about different HCSS products, meet with other contractors that are using the program and learn how they are using it. Overall the UGM is a great meeting place to discuss how to better utilize HCSS in Ferreira.”

Several members of our team had the privilege of attending HCSS’s UGM in Houston, Texas, where they proudly represented Ferreira Construction. Beyond the award ceremony, our team engaged in invaluable networking opportunities with industry peers from across the nation. This enabled us to enhance our utilization of HCSS software, provide valuable feedback from a customer perspective, and most importantly, share best practices with fellow professionals.

JamieLynn Dimino-Smith, Payroll Manager, stated that “attending the HCSS UGM conference has consistently provided me with invaluable insights into the latest HCSS technology. Each year I’ve participated, we’ve come back with fresh ideas and projects aimed at enhancing our company’s HCSS experience.”

Additionally, our team members enjoyed a memorable outing to Minute Maid Field, home of the Houston Astros, where they had the opportunity to test their skills on the baseball diamond.

This achievement reaffirms our unwavering dedication to excellence across all aspects of our operations. The entire Ferreira Construction team is deeply honored by this recognition and extends sincere gratitude to all who have supported and contributed to our success.

Special thanks to Frank Peluso for submitting on behalf of Ferreira.
