On July 9, 2023, Ferreira hosted the New Jersey Rescue and Recovery K-9 Unit (NJRRK9) for training exercises at our New Jersey Pattenburg Quarry facility (PQ).
Following the pre-exercise safety and training protocol briefing, NJRRK9 dogs Abe, Buddy, Hank, Kazi, Niko, Osten, and Zeke, along with their handlers and support team members Alla, Donna, Kathy, Keith, Laura, Mike, Stephanie, and Susan, conducted several live find rescue and human remains locating exercises.
Ferreira looks forward to having NJRRK9 back at PQ for future exercises. As a business, we are proud to assist our local organizations, to create a better and safer community.
