Merrill Commerce Center covers approximately 376.3 acres that contain a business park and industrial buildings supported by public roads and utility infrastructure systems, private driveways, parking lots, truck courts, and other functional features.

A portion of the project was Project Abby and Ferreira Coastal was a subcontractor to Clayco. Ferreira Coastal was responsible for furnishing and installing approximately 4,900 LF of sewer, 14,000 LF of storm drain, and 1,500 LF of domestic water.
