Location:
Queens, New York

Owner:
Delta Airlines

Year Completed:
2021

Delta Airlines partnered with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to replace Terminals C and D at LaGuardia International Airport (LGA) with a state-of-the-art facility. The new terminals at LGA will include 37 gates located on four concourses connected by a centralized check-in lobby, security checkpoint, and baggage claim. Ferreira is currently working on multiple contracts throughout LGA for Delta Airlines. Ferreira’s scope of work includes the installation and demolition of underground utilities, gate relocation, full depth roadway construction, and placement of the airside concrete hard stands for aircrafts. Work is being performed while maintaining active airplane gates and operations around the work zone minimizing the disturbance to Delta flight operations.
