Phillips 66 invested in the conversion of its San Francisco Refinery in Rodeo, California, into one of the world’s largest renewable fuels facilities. The decision comes, as Phillips 66 is looking to lower its carbon footprint and provide reliable, affordable energy.

Once complete, the facility will house a 35 MW photovoltaic solar system.  Ferreira Coastal is the prime contractor and is responsible for all civil, structural, and electrical work. The project is currently ongoing and is set to be completed in the fall of 2023.
